FAQ

How to access RFQ Analytics?

All vendor bids are aggregated; the most competitive vendor is the one who has the lowest total bid amount despite having bid for the highest number of items.

What are flagged fields?

FactWise helps users identify what they consider the most important parts of vendor bids and computes differences against the RFQ — any item field(s) can be flagged to view mismatches against the RFQ. Flagged fields are saved locally on the user’s system.

How can I flag a field?

In the bid database view, a field can be flagged using the options menu > Flag/Unflag vendor response fields

How is vendor analysis calculated?

Only those vendors who have been invited to and submitted bids for all items in the event are considered for vendor analysis. The best and worst vendors are ranked basis total bid amounts.
