Can I set or update the default currency for my entity?
Yes, click Edit Entity Details on the Entity Details page and select a default currency.
How can I verify my entity?
Submit a verification document (EIN, Tax Certificate, other official documents) to commence the verification process. FactWise will quickly verify your document.
Can I add more entities to my enterprise?
Yes, via ‘Add Entity’ button on the Admin homepage, if your pricing and subscription plan allows it. If not, this feature will be activated once you upgrade your plan.
