What features do I get during my free trial?
During the free trial, you get access to our premium features across all tiers. Please feel free to try all of them and if you need more time, just send us an email us at support@factwise.io
What happens if I hit my free PO limit?
Don’t worry! If the free PO limit has been reached, all your data will still be in tact. You will not be able to create more POs until the plan is renewed or changed. You can easily renew/change your plan by clicking on the billing page.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After your trial plan expires , you will be moved to the Micro plan unless you purchase a monthly/yearly subscription for any of the paid plans. Don’t worry! All of your data will remain snugly intact.
How many users can I have with a free plan?
Unlimited! Yes, truly unlimited.
How do I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time by going to the billing page in your account. You can immediately avail the features of your new plan.
What happens if I exhaust the transaction limit of my plan?
Your transaction limit will automatically renew at the end of your monthly billing cycle. If you wish to make more transactions in the current cycle, you can change your plan from the billing page in your account.
What payment methods and currencies are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express issued cards, and currently accept subscription fees in 3 currencies - USD, EUR and INR.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes! We have you covered. Don’t fret about your organization being locked due to a missed payment. Your plan is automatically renewed but you are free to cancel at any point.
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely! We take security seriously. FactWise does not save any of your credit card details.
Is the pricing exclusive of taxes?
Yes. Taxes are additional to the price.
Are there any additional fees such as onboarding or installation fees?
No, we do not have any hidden costs - Pricing is transparent and as per our pricing page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If at any point you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can cancel the plan and it will not be renewed from the next cycle. Please go to your billing page to do it.
